Medical and Therapeutic Massages
If you are seeking massage for pain relief that is diagnosed as a medical condition by your physician or pain resulted from a car accident, work injury, sports injury or personal injury, your medical insurance may reimburse your massage treatments. In order to be reimbursed for our medical massage treatments, Insurance companies require a Prescription Form filled out by a Medical Doctor (MD), Chiropractic Doctor (DC), Osteopathic Doctor (DO), or Acupuncturist.
We have such forms in our office and we can fill them out on your behalf and you can just have your physician or health care practitioner sign the form for you.
Finesse Spa has on staff trained Massage Therapists that perform Medical Massages to help alleviate the pain associated with Chronic Fatigue, pinched nerves and to rehabilitate the body following auto accidents, sports injuries, work injuries or personal injuries.
