Spa Policies

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday :  10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday:               10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday :                By appointment

Appointments
Although we may be able to accomodate walk-ins at times, we suggest making a
reservation at least 3 days  in advance for services, 1 week in advance for packages and two
weeks in advance for groups and weddings parties. All appointments must be secured with
a credit card unless a cash payment is made in advance.

Cancellations
The time needed for the services or  packages that you schedule is reserved specially for
you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours
advance notice. For groups of  three and more, we require 96 hours advance notice.

Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment with the notice required by this
Cancellation Policy will result in charges to your credit card for the full price of the services
or  packages that you scheduled.
In addition, ” No-shows ” will  be asked to prepay for any future appointments.
We ask for your understanding as this policy allows us to recruit and retain quality and
reliable staff.

Retail Sales and Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased on line, by phone, or at the Spa reception desk. All retail
sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds, except as explicitly noted. Gift
Certificates can be used for all Salon and Spa services and are not redeemable for cash.
Please, inform front desk of your gift certificate number when making your reservation. If
appointment made to redeem your  gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled as per the
cancellation policy above, your services and your  gift certificate will be forfeited.

Age requirement and children:
For the safety of our young ones, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Salon
and Spa areas. Minors receiving treatments must have consent from parents.

Payments
We accept cash, local checks, traveler’s checks, Visa and Mastercard. No out of town checks
will be accepted. A minimum fee of 25 dollars will be charged for returned checks.

Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services,
gratuities may be given at your discretion. 15% gratuity is added for parties of 4 or more
.

Party Bookings
Wedding parties, Corporate parties, Corporate retreats, Baby showers, Birthday parties and
Fundraisers are welcomed. Please call us for arrangements. All party bookings must be
reserved with a credit card. A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
