Check In
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We
invite you to enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks prior to your service.
If you arrive late, we might not be able to extend your treatment time beyond the time
you were originally scheduled so the next guest will not be delayed.
Personal Items
To fully enjoy your visit, we encourage all guests to leave jewelry, valuables and cell
phones at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret
that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including
clothing and accessories, or for misplaced items.
Mobile Phones
As a consideration to other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone
and pager while at the Spa.
What to wear for a massage
You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet provided by
the therapist. Most massage therapists prefer that the client be free of all restrictive
clothing and jewelry; however, your comfort is of the utmost importance, and
boundaries set by you are respected at all times. You will be fully draped at all
times during the massage; the therapist will uncover only that part of your body
being massage, insuring that your modesty is respected at all times.
If you are having multiple treatments, as in a Full Day Indulgence, a robe and
slippers will be provided for your comfort.
Spa Amenities
We are a Full Service Salon and Spa. We offer steam shower to our clients
scheduled for massages or body treatments. Following Facials, Body Treatments
or Massages, when available, we offer our clients choice of complimentary
hairstyling or makeup to ensure you look as well as you feel when you leave our
facilities. We have a test area where patrons can sample the finest skin care and
make up products.
