I have written before about getting blue hair extensions. I have spent the summer away taking care of my ailing mother, but will be returning soon. I am wondering if there would be any way to schedule a consultation on Sunday, August 7, and maybe even an immediate service appointment for Monday August 8 (if not same day Sunday). I realize Sundays are by appointment only, but I am very interested in getting this done and want to do it before returning to work and such. By the by, my hair is down to my shoulder blades in length. Any way you could ballpark a figure for me? $150? $300? $500? I can know more if I know how much these things cost. Thanks so much.

Hi Amanda – We offer Bikini wax, French Bikini wax and Brazilian Bikini wax. Below is the description of the 3 types of Bikini waxing:
- Bikini wax is waxing of the bikini outline area.
- French bikini is waxing of the bikini outline, inside the legs, and shaping of the pubic hair into a rectangular or triangular shape.
- Brazilian waxing includes waxing of the labia areas and the rear end. All the pubic hair may be removed as part of a Brazilian or a small ‘landing strip’ may be left.

Yes, we do have a special lotion that can applied to the waxed areas so as to prevent ingrown hair.

Bikini waxing is usually performed every 4 weeks. This timeframe may be adjusted up or down, depending on your natural
rate of hair growth.

I am not able to use self tanning products because I have dark age spots on my body which turn even darker with self tanning solutions. Would I be able to use the spray tan? Or does it use the same process which causes melatonin to become even darker? I really would like to look tanned.

I have recently been thinking about getting a weave. I read the earlier comments and I noticed that it would be un-noticable, correct? And it could even be put up in an up-do? Well this is fantastic but I have a few questions so please bare with me.

After the weave is put in, are you able to get it styled in many different ways? For instance, lets say that I want my extentions curled one week, and straightened the next. Would that even be possible?

My other concerns are about the price and the hair. Do you provide the hair or would I have to purchase it myself? And how much would it cost? (I’ve heard they can be very expensive.)

Ginny – All you need for your spray tan will be provided to you. You probably do not want to wear make up or heavy body cream. You may want to EXFOLIATE before you come in, that will allow the tan to take better. If you do not exfoliate in advance, checkout the ‘SUMMER GLOW’ package that the spa offers. It is a great deal as you get a body treatment with exfoliation and a tanning session. In essence, you only pay for the body treatment and the tanning is free.
After a tan, you normally need to leave the spray on for about 6 hours before you shower it off. That determines if you want to do the tanning session later in the day or in the morning.
We have a new ‘EXPRESS TAN’ service. This solution only needs 1-2 hours to develop a full tan, so it makes it more flexible to schedule a tan ‘on the go’.

I am getting married on April 17th, and I need to have my hair and makeup done. I would love to do it on site, at the Raleigh Country Club, if possible. Two others would like to have their hair done as well, and I believe one other would like to have her makeup done. I may be interested in the “I Do” package, but the others don’t want packages. Will you be available that day? Please send me pricing/packaging information for on-site and in-salon.

I have heard a lot of great things about your Spray Tans. And i was thinking about coming in to get one done for my Friends wedding. what do i have to do to prepare for a spray tan? And is it best to get a spray tan first thing in the morning or can i wait until i get off of work around 5?
